Pianist since his early years, Raphaël Laouen has played in many bands exploring different music styles before focussing on his solo project. Influenced on one hand by classic pianists and on another band by contemporary composers like George Winston, Ludovico Einaudi or Gonzales, he has developed around piano a sober universe, sometimes minimalist, with simple and nostalgic melodies in which he likes to take the listeners out of themselves.
